Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to lead our US-based healthcare hiring initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality nursing professionals (CNAs, LPNs, and RNs) for our partner nursing homes across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates specifically for the US long-term care and nursing home industry.
Pipeline Management: Utilize Indeed ATS and other sourcing tools to build a steady pipeline of licensed nursing professionals.
Credential Verification: Ensure all candidates meet state-specific licensing requirements (CNA registries, LPN/RN NCLEX certifications).
