Job Title: US Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Technical Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Engineering requirements in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for US IT/Technical roles.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Use job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial HR/technical screenings.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
• Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer process.
• Maintain candidate database and daily reports.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in US IT/Technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US time zones.
