Job Description:

The primary responsibilities include designing and installing electrical subsystems on small robots and other ground-based vehicles and coordinating design and installations under the direction of senior electrical and/or mechanical engineers. Design includes electrical topology of Drive By Wire systems (what parts, where and how to connect them) based on similar systems. This includes harness design and pin mapping (similar to reverse engineering), as well as building and testing wiring harnesses, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying electrical wiring where necessary and applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, and electronic and electrical testing.
