What awaits you? 

  • Responsible for the development and growth of the off-lease business within the BMW and MINI distributor network in BeLux.

  • Support distributors through project-based and customized initiatives (process optimization, commercial actions, implementations).

  • Analyze performance, targets and potential per distributor based on BMW Group Belux KPIs.

  • Act as point of contact for controlling and reporting.

  • Coach and guide the distributor network to achieve used car targets.
