Used Car Sales Advisor

Assist customers to look for their preferred car based on their preference and budget.

Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department.

Achieving monthly sales target.

Initiate and drive sales activities in order to meet set targets.

Manage the delivery process of vehicle to customers.

Assist in day to day outlet operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to the right vehicle.
