Job Description
- Lead and manage the team to ensure all tasks are completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and perform car appraisals.
- Input appraisal details into e-System accurately.
- Follow up on appraisal matters with Sales Advisors (SA).
- Compile and follow up on trade-in documentation.
- Receive vehicles from SA and recheck vehicle condition against the approved appraisal.
- Record and verify receipt of documents and spare keys.
- Perform E-Auto thumbprint verification.
- Review E-Auto status, including E-Batal and payment verification.
- Manage used car inventory and arrange wholesale vehicles for bidding.
- Prepare and compile wholesale documents, vehicles, and spare keys for dealers.
- Design advertisements for social media postings.
- Prepare reports and present updates to management.
- Participate in company roadshows or events when required.
