User Access Coordinator

Summary / Objective

We're looking for a highly organized, reliable coordinator to manage access requests and keep things moving. This role is not technical — it's about tracking requests, communicating clearly, and following up consistently to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're detail-oriented, persistent, and good at keeping things organized, you'll do well here.


Essential Functions

+ Track and manage a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system

+ Send and respond to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items

+ Monitor open requests and follow up regularly until they are completed

+ Keep all tracking data accurate and up to date

+ Identify delays and flag issues that need escalation

+ Use templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent
