The Manager, User Acquisition plays a strategic role in the evolution of User Acquisition operations as marketing efforts continue to scale. The position’s primary objective is to lead key UA initiatives that drive impactful growth, including reaching new audiences through emerging media, global expansion, and creative testing.

Reporting to the VP of User Acquisition, this role requires a unique balance of skill in creativity, analytical thinking, people management, and business development.

Location: Canada – Mistplay follows a hybrid model with 2 days per week in‑office, Toronto (400 University Ave) and Montreal (1001 Blvd. Robert‑Bourassa).

Responsibilities

• Lead a sub‑team within User Acquisition to achieve forecasted performance and scale emerging media, global expansion, and creative testing effectiveness. This includes team leadership and governance to drive tactical execution under the Director’s larger UA strategy.
