User Acquisition Specialist

 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute user acquisition (UA) campaigns for the Philippines market
• Assist in ad creatives testing, optimization, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign data and optimize key conversion metrics such as registration and KYC
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time

 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
• Experience with tracking and analytics tools:
• Strong independent thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
• Basic design sense with experience using Photoshop or similar tools
• Video editing experience is a plus (not limited to specific tools)
• Familiar with social media advertising logic; hands-on experience is preferred
