Our ideal applicant will be providing clients with retail software and IT assistance. This is an energetic and positive environment that will allow you to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with retail software and IT assistance.
  • Assist all Arch System users with calls/queries that are logged on a day-to-day basis within SLA.
  • Handle calls and queries ranging from Hardware, Arch Retail Software and 3rd Party queries (Eft, Airtime, Loyalty, etc.).
  • Use investigative skills to deal with more complex calls/queries and escalate calls that you aren’t able to resolve.

Requirements

  • IT qualification.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
