Description
We currently have a vacancy for an User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services remotely within the European Union. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. 
Your tasks:
Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.) as well as writing IS online help;
Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used;
Organizing and giving training/coaching sessions (users and support services);
Provide guidance using social networks;
Support users in the review process of the documentation;
Follow-up tickets;
QA review of training material and ensure that it meets the training scope defined;
Review videos and audio recordings;
