Job Description
- Design exceptional digital product experiences across mobile, web, and emerging platforms for farmers, channel partners, and field force.
- Create seamless omnichannel customer journeys that connect digital touchpoints with physical interactions in the field.
- Be a part of a talented multi-disciplinary team that combines expertise in Business Design, UX, Product, Rapid Prototyping, Data Science and Data Analytics.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of diverse user groups across the agricultural value chain.
- Translate user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive interaction patterns, information architectures, and interface designs.
- Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that bring product concepts to life.
