About Propomy
Propomy is an AI-powered real estate analytics platform built for investors and realtors. We help users make smarter property decisions using data-driven valuations, rental income insights, ROI metrics, and intuitive dashboards. We're currently approaching our MVP launch and are looking to bring in a UX Researcher to help validate and refine the product experience before scale.
What You'll Do
As a contract UX Researcher, you'll work closely with the founder and product team to ensure Propomy's user experience is grounded in real user needs and behaviors.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with real estate investors and realtors
Validate core MVP flows (property search, add property, dashboards, AI valuation views)
Identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities for clarity
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design
