User Operation Specialist

• Establish and maintain a user tagging system (demographics, behavior, paying/retention, channel source, etc.) to ensure data consistency
• Design and execute precise activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement strategies through segmentation and targeting
• Design and implement user personas and scenario-based operations; deliver clear user journeys and touchpoint matrices
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams; iterate运营 plans based on data insights
• Own end-to-end运营 activities—from design, execution to evaluation; monitor key metrics (活跃度, retention, LTV, ROI)
• Build and maintain运营 dashboards; regularly produce运营 reports and insights
• Monitor user feedback and health; develop risk alerts and response measures
