User Success Intern (Bogotá)

What this role is about

We’re looking for an empathetic and proactive User Success Intern to join our team. This person will develop long-term customer relationships, increasing renewals and upsells to expand Slang implementations and build loyalty among our B2B accounts (companies, universities, ESL schools, government).

Education, knowledge and skills required

• Pursuing a degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or any other related field.
• Interest in commercial areas or customer success implementations.
• Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Upper Intermediate or higher (B2) level of English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to easily build strong relationships with customers based on empathy and trust and to autonomously meet with any of them.
