2 yrs bedside/Hospital Experience (from 2019 onwards) 
Responsibilities : 
Review and analyze patient medical records to ensure that clinical documentation accurately reflects diagnoses, procedures, and treatments. 
Verify that medical documentation supports accurate coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and appropriate DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) assignment. 
Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations, including CMS and HIPAA.
