Job Description

The CDI Specialist leverages strong clinical and coding expertise to perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records. The role focuses on evaluating the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, identifying opportunities to enhance documentation quality. This includes conducting targeted reviews aligned with CDI leadership priorities such as mortality cases, Patient Safety Indicators (PSIs), and other special projects.
