Position: USRN Senior Operations Manager / Operations Manager

Work Location: Onsite – Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night Shift

Salary Range: PHP 180,000 – 190,000 (Total Package)

Start Date: ASAP



Qualifications:



Must be a valid USRN and PHRN license holder

With at least 1 year of leadership experience as a Supervisor or Manager in the BPO Healthcare industry

Strong background in any of the following domains:

UMR / Utilization Management Review

Prior Authorization Review

Claims, Billing, or Eligibility

Excellent people management and performance monitoring skills

Willing to work onsite in QC
