Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented USRN to join our team! This role involves reviewing patient medical records to ensure accurate, complete, and high-quality documentation that reflects the level of care provided. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and coding teams to improve clinical documentation, support accurate coding, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Active PRC and USRN License (must be from a COMPACT STATE license)
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical areas, ICU, and Emergency Department
• Proficiency in diagnoses, signs & symptoms, diagnostic tests, and management for conditions such as DM, HTN, CHF, CVA, sepsis, encephalopathy, AKI, CKD, etc.
