A global chemical manufacturing company that is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is currently hiring a Manager for Utilities & General Facilities Manager.
Job scope:
Lead and manage the Utilities, Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP), and General Facilities for the site.
Manage operations and maintenance of utilities plants to ensure reliable supply of steam, compressed air, nitrogen, water (process & potable), demineralized water, and cooling water.
Oversee general facilities including buildings, roads, drainage, sewerage, fences, firefighting systems, pipe racks, and land areas.
Manage WWTP operations to ensure wastewater meets legislative requirements prior to discharge.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years related experience in Boiler House & Utilities/Facilities operations experience
1st Grade Steam Engineer (a must)
Preferably have CePIETSO (BP) and CePIETSO (PCP)
