Utilities and Maintenance Supervisor

Utilities Plant (Boiler, Generator set, Air Compressor, Nitrogen Generator, Fire pump, etc.)

• Gets everything set of all Utilities equipment before operation starts.
• Plans subordinate's shifts and work schedules.
• Plans subordinate's/OSP's shifts and work schedules.
• Prepares reports and update for upper management.

Safety and Security

• Supervises people in safe operation and maintain the Utilities and Maintenance system safety.

Supply

• Ensures supply of Utilities and services according to demand plans.

Capacity

• Ensures the capacity of utilities equipment is sufficient to supply the requirements of the operations.

Cost

• Develops and Supervises operating budget, personnel, equipment, utilities, office supplies, third party service providers and maintenance.
• Maximizes value of existing generation assets.
