Utilities and Maintenance Technician

Job Scope:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain utility systems and production equipment such as Boiler steam generation system, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); Odour Containment System with chemical scrubber; Reverse Osmosis (RO) water system; Chillers etc
• Ensure all utility systems and production equipment start and operate efficiently and reliably.
• Conduct regular maintenance activities such as chemical top-ups for systems like WWTP and chemical scrubber. Removal and proper disposal of waste residues, such as flocculated sludge in WWTP
• Perform Periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of all systems and production equipment
• Perform functional checks and monitor key operating parameters, maintaining accurate records.
• Execute primary maintenance programs and promptly identify early signs of malfunction or wear, reporting issues to superiors.
