Utilities Engineer

• Responsible for the HVAC System during design, construction and commissioning stage.
• Responsible to review and counter check the design, supervise the construction and assist during commissioning stage.
• Review & approve design drawings/specs/calculations
• Run kick off meeting, and routine construction meeting
• Review & approve Inspection Test Plan and Quality Plan, Method Statement, shop drawings / catalogues / datasheets
• Coordinate clashes and interfaces with other disciplines, including answering TQ and RFI
• Review & approve contractor's mock up and first of kinds
• Do redlined markup, check on contractor's closed punch items and sign off
• Review as-built drawings
• Review & approve contractor's slide pack for training & arrange training with users
• Review & approve contractor's handover dossier pack, then sign handover form
