UTILITIES & FACILITIES MANAGER

On behalf of a pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Utilities & Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance and continuous improvement of all plant utilities and site infrastructures.


Responsibilities Ensure reliable, efficient and GMP-compliant operation of all plant utilities (HVAC, clean utilities, compressed air, steam, electrical systems and related infrastructure). Monitor performance and implement optimization initiatives to support production needs and sustainability objectives. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and maintenance records in line with audit requirements. Lead or support capital and improvement projects related to utilities and facilities, ensuring proper qualification and timely execution.
