Utility and Cleaner Personnel

Quanlification

• At least high school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is an advantage
• Able to perform cleaning and basic utility tasks
• Physically fit; able to lift, sweep, and stand for long periods
• Knowledgeable in the proper use of cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies
• Basic knowledge in construction/carpentry is an advantage
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and respectful of confidentiality
• With good personal hygiene and professional attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours, including before or after office hours if needed
