About the role

The UTILITY role at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' is a full-time position based in Norzagaray Bulacan. As a key member of the Cleaning Services team, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our cooperative's facilities, ensuring a pleasant and professional environment for our employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising assigned areas
2. Replenishing and restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas
3. Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
4. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures
5. Assisting with ad-hoc cleaning or maintenance projects as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or cooperative setting
