Qualifications Requirements (Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Behavior):

· At least high school graduate or equivalent

· With experience in office cleaning or janitorial work is an advantage

· Able to perform cleaning and basic utility tasks

· Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting, sweeping, and standing for long periods

· Familiar with proper use of office cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies

· With knowledge in basic construction (carpentry)

· Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

· Trustworthy, disciplined, and respectful of office confidentiality

· With good personal hygiene and professional attitude

· Willing to work flexible hours, including before or after office hours if needed
