About the role

ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE' is seeking a full-time Utility to join our team in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a pleasant and professional working environment for our employees and clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
2. Ensure all common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are well-stocked and maintained
3. Assist with the set-up and break-down of meeting rooms and event spaces
4. Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
5. Collaborate with the facilities team to optimise cleaning processes and schedules
6. Provide excellent customer service to all building occupants and visitors
