Qualification:

• High School Graduate/Vocational Course Graduate /At least college level of any course
• Can drive a motorcycle and have a driver's license.
• Ability to interact with government office and agencies (SSS,PAG-IBIG, PHEALTH, Post Office, BOC).
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers and transmits company document, packages, and messages to its intended recipient or destinations.
• Coordinates with HR and Adm. Asst. on transmittal and follow up of SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth documents.
• Acts as the company authorized representative to SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth/Post Office, DOLE, BOC, BIR offices.
• Brings to the bank check for encashment/payment of payables.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipment.
