Job Summary:
The Utility Personnel provides support to ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and running smoothly. This includes performing routine maintenance, assisting other departments, and handling occasional special assignments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, workspaces, and common areas.
• Ensure restrooms and other facilities are hygienic and well-maintained.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, furniture, electrical).

Support Services

• Assist departments with moving equipment, supplies, or materials.
• Help set up rooms or equipment for meetings, trainings, or company events.
