Job Description
- Open the office and its premises at the beginning of each work shift and ensure that it is properly secured at the end of the day.
- Ensure locking of all windows, blinds, and doors. Ensure that the office and its premises are secured day and night.
- Clean the office and its premises by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming its floors.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Service, clean and supply restroom. Checklist for cleaning restrooms should be accomplished before ending shift and properly endorsing it to the next reliever.
- Clean, dust and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, machines and equipment.
- Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Move furniture, equipment and supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
