UTILITY STAFF

Job Summary: The Utility Staff is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers. This role supports various departments by providing general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of office areas, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the dealership showroom, service bays, and customer lounges.
• Dispose of garbage and waste materials properly and regularly.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.
• Assist in setting up for meetings, trainings, and other office activities.
• Support minor maintenance and repair tasks, as required.
