Utility Staff

Job Title: Utility Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste segregation
• Assist in basic building maintenance and minor repairs
• Set up rooms or areas for meetings and company activities
• Support other departments with lifting, transferring, or moving items
• Monitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Refill supplies such as soap, tissue, and cleaning materials
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With or without work experience (experience in janitorial or maintenance work is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable
