Utility Staff

JOB SUMMARY The Utility Staff is responsible for ensuring that the clinic premises are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.

This role plays a critical part in creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the clinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of all clinic areas, including patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and administrative spaces.

Ensure that all equipment, furniture, and fixtures are clean, orderly, and in proper working condition.

Properly handle and dispose of medical and non-medical waste in accordance with clinic protocols and safety regulations.

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
