Job Description

Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, sanitizing restrooms, cleaning machinery/equipment. 
Maintenance & Repairs: Replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing/HVAC issues, repairing furniture, checking equipment. 
Groundskeeping: Lawn care (mowing, watering, weeding), landscaping, maintaining parking lots. 
System Support: Assisting with water/electrical systems, performing leak tests, ensuring utility lines (water, gas) are functional. 
Logistics & Support: Running errands, managing supplies, handling records disposal, operating pressure washers. 
Job Type: Full-time 
Work Location: In person
