Utility Worker

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting) in assigned areas especially in the Admin Office and production floors
• Taking instructions from immediate superiors
• Empty and clean trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal of general and potentially hazardous waste materials according to safety protocols.
• Conduct minor repairs on equipment and facilities, replace light fixtures, and report any significant maintenance or repair issues to supervisors promptly.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing water leaks and replacing faulty faucets
• Perform basic landscaping tasks, such as cutting grass, watering plants, and trimming trees
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and errands as assigned by management or skilled workers to support overall operation
