Utility Worker

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Sr. High School; has basic knowledge in electrical connection is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively individually and with a team
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Performing minor repairs on buildings, HVAC, lighting, and plumbing systems.
• Cleaning & Janitorial: Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining interior and exterior areas, including restrooms and grounds.
• Utility Operations: Assisting with the installation, inspection, and repair of water, gas, or electric lines.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, handling hazardous materials, and reporting issues.
