Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge and skills within a functional area or discipline.
• Serves in an entry-level role, receiving guidance and direction from a supervisor, manager or senior-level associate.
• May have basic accountability for routine assignments and task areas.
• Assignments involve a mix of learning and hands-on experience.
• May serve in a rotational manner, moving from one functional area to another for developmental purposes.
• May serve in either a technical or non-technical role, as described below. Additionally, may perform duties as described under the Intern / Student categories. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
