About the role





+ Participate and collaborate in day-to-day business to develop the portfolio of Personal Accidents and Life Individual DM, with the underwriting process by ensuring it complies with the goals and objectives of production and profitability. Professionals with abilities towards proactivity, engagement and commitment are preferred.



+ Underwriting: awareness of risk analysis and pricing which includes rate building, pricing methodology, claims process and requirements.



+ Communication: strong ability to open communication and develop peer relations.



+ Problem-solving: defining the problem, generating alternatives, evaluating, and selecting alternatives and implementing solutions.



+ Negotiating: distribution abilities and negotiation skills to drive results towards sales targets.
