UX Designer & Project Manager (Remote – Colombia)

The Cal Agents Realty is hiring a UX Designer & Project Manager to design intuitive, visually engaging application experiences while managing projects end-to-end. This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Colombia.

This is a hybrid position with a 50% focus on UX/UI design and 50% on project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered application experiences with a strong focus on usability and visual design
• Lead projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Oversee the development of modules within Starfish CRM
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal stakeholders
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
