Position: UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UX solutions
• Translate complex problems into simple, user-centric experiences
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and testing
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and UX best practices
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency across the product

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
