Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
UX Designer
to create intuitive, efficient user experiences for complex oncology and healthcare workflows. In this role, you will translate clinical, operational, and business requirements into clear, user-centered journeys, ensuring usability and clarity in high-stakes, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for healthcare and clinical products
• Translate clinical, operational, and business requirements into effective UX flows and user journeys
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders
• Validate and refine designs through user feedback, testing, and iterative improvement
