Taleemabad is hiring a Soul Architect to shape the personality, ethics, and behavior of Rumi, our AI companion for teachers.
In this role, you will design how Rumi thinks, speaks, supports, and builds trust with teachers across cultures. You'll combine behavioral science, psychology, anthropology, and AI tools to create a culturally responsive, ethical, and emotionally intelligent AI experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Research how teachers interact emotionally and culturally with Rumi
Design and document Rumi's Soul (voice, values, boundaries, ethics)
Build and test AI prompts and conversation flows
Analyze real user interactions and continuously improve behavior
Ensure Rumi supports teachers without creating dependency
