We are looking for an outstanding UX Designer to join our established design team to help us design the future of Accruent. As a UX Designer, you will be part of a dynamic atmosphere, taking ownership over multiple projects, being a champion for the user, and creating intuitive and accessible designs for thousands of people and businesses worldwide.

Our ideal candidate is excited to engage in customer discovery, deeply understanding user needs and behaviours to inform the design process. They will conduct user research, create personas, and map out user journeys to ensure that our products meet real-world demands and provide exceptional user experiences. They will work closely with the product manager and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
