About the Role

We are looking for a UX Engineer to design intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences for a complex CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered designs.
• Work closely with frontend engineers during implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs.
• Maintain consistency across the product experience.

Required Skills

• Strong UX/UI design experience.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of usability principles and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex web applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise or CRM products.
• Frontend development exposure.
