• Design responsive, accessible, and multilingual user interfaces using frameworks like ReactJS and Pega Constellation UI
• Model user journeys and microjourneys aligned with business processes and case types
• Build intuitive portals for diverse stakeholders by understanding user roles and workflows (e.g., Border Ops, Brokers, Regulatory Specialists)
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) and localization strategies for global user bases
• Familiarity with integrating UX components into low-code platforms and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices

Qualifications
