UX Researcher

We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a UX Researcher who will play a key role in uncovering user needs and translating insights into meaningful digital experiences. This role will work closely with product and design teams to drive informed, data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing
Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
Synthesize research findings into clear recommendations for product, design, and business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an agile environment
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in UX research
Strong proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Proven ability to translate research findings into insights that influence product direction
