UX Researcher

Job Requirements:

Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Must have minimum 3-8 years of experience in UX Research

Must have experience in user research principles, methodologies and deliverables including Design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows

Must have experience in designing quantitative research, data leveraging from CSAT, Surveys, and Analytics to triangulate findings

Experience in design and prototyping tools Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

Experience collaborating with Product, Tech Teams and Business partners

Strong understanding of Product Design process and emerging technologies

Good to have experience working in Agile environment

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
