UX Researcher

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher for a Big 5 Banking client. You will be responsible for conducting user research and analyzing data to inform multiple product designs (specifically for Global Asset Management). You will work closely with the design team from ideation to launch in order to implement design choices that improve user experience. You will also be responsible for developing a well‑crafted research plan with clear research objectives, writing usability research screeners and discussion guides, and recruiting targeted end‑users for specific research studies. You will be expected to write clear, informative reports outlining goals, methods, and results. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, and have 2‑3 years of experience in UX Research.
