Right now, we're on the lookout for an experienced UX Researcher to join our LiveChat product team. LiveChat is our flagship product, trusted by over 37, companies worldwide. It's got the largest user base, and we're constantly pushing the boundaries to make it even better.
You'll be working directly with four product teams, each handling different aspects like growth, core experience, power users, AI and automation. These teams are made up of Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and Testers. You'll be collaborating with among others - The Head of LiveChat, and our Product Managers -
